  • Protein Matcha

    Ingredients:

    ½ bottle vanilla Fairlife protein shake

    1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder

    ⅓ cup hot water

    A little vanilla bean paste

    Dash of cinnamon

    Pinch of salt

    Ice

    Prep:

    Microwave the water for about 2 minutes, until hot (not boiling).

    Whisk the matcha powder into the hot water using a matcha whisk, moving in a zig-zag or “W” shape until frothy.

    Stir in the vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, and salt.

    Fill a glass with ice. Pour the matcha mixture over the ice.

    Top with half a bottle of vanilla Fairlife protein shake. Stir well and enjoy.

  • Protein Chia Pudding

    Ingredients:

    2 tbsp chia seeds

    ¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats, quinoa & chia mix (from Trader Joe’s)

    1 cup Fairlife protein shake

    ½ scoop Ballerina Farms protein powder

    Drizzle of honey

    Dash of cinnamon

    Pinch of salt

    Prep:

    In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds, oats mix, and protein powder.

    Pour in the Fairlife protein shake and stir until well mixed.

    Add a drizzle of honey, a dash of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

    Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thick and pudding-like.

    Give it a good stir before serving. Enjoy as a quick breakfast or snack!

  • Protein Pancakes

    Ingredients:

    ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats

    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (your favorite brand)

    1 egg

    ⅓ cup Fairlife protein shake (or milk of choice)

    ½ tsp baking powder

    Dash of cinnamon

    Pinch of salt

    Fresh strawberries, sliced

    Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup

    Prep:

    In a blender or bowl, combine oats, protein powder, egg, protein shake, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend or whisk until smooth and thick.

    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.

    Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.

    Stack the pancakes and top with fresh sliced strawberries.

    Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you like. Serve warm!
